Choose and install

Choose a plan in the app. Once your eSIM is issued, its QR code and manual installation details appear in My eSIMs.

Connect in Singapore

Select the eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming on it. The plan’s start time depends on its activation policy.

Can I use a package during a short Singapore layover?+

Compare the minimum validity, allowance and start condition. Where included networks are available during your layover, you can use the package under its terms; installation requires an internet connection beforehand.

Will the eSIM work when I travel from Singapore to Malaysia?+

Only if Malaysia is included in that package. Nearby countries are not covered automatically: choose an offer listing both destinations if you need data in both.

When does my plan start?+

It depends on the plan: validity may begin when you install the profile or when it first connects to a network. The start policy is shown with each plan. Check it before installing, especially if your trip is still a while away.

How does a daily data allowance work?+

Each day you get a high-speed data allowance. After using it, your speed may be reduced to the value stated in the plan. This is not unlimited high-speed data. The total price depends on the duration you choose.

Why do plans have different networks and prices?+

Different eSIM profiles can connect to different networks. One plan may list a single network, another several. Data allowances, validity and speed limits also vary. Multiple networks do not mean you get a separate data allowance on each one.

Is a phone number, calls or SMS included?+

These travel eSIMs provide mobile data. Use apps and messengers to keep in touch. For traditional calls and SMS, use your primary SIM under its carrier’s terms.

Can I keep my primary SIM?+

On a compatible device, you can keep your primary SIM and use your travel eSIM for data. Check roaming and automatic mobile data switching settings to avoid using your primary SIM for data abroad.

Where can I find remaining data and setup details?+

Open My eSIMs in Ease for status, available usage and validity information, your QR code and manual setup details. Usage updates can be delayed; the latest sync time is displayed alongside your data.
