What is an eSIM and how does it work?
An eSIM is a digital SIM installed on a compatible phone, with no physical card needed. Ease travel eSIMs provide mobile data in the countries covered by your chosen plan. These packages do not include a phone number, calls or SMS.
Is my phone compatible?
Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Compatibility depends on the model and region of manufacture. Check your phone settings or the manufacturer’s website before purchasing. Local IMEI restrictions may also affect connectivity. Read the setup guide.
When does my plan start?
It depends on the plan: either when you install the eSIM or when it first connects to a supported network. Check the activation rules and setup deadline in the app. If your plan starts on installation, avoid installing it too early.
What does a daily data allowance mean?
Daily plans include a set amount of high-speed data each day. After you use it, speeds may be reduced as specified in the plan. This differs from a fixed package, where one data allowance covers the entire validity period.
Can I keep my primary SIM?
Yes, if your device supports using both SIMs at the same time. Select the travel eSIM for mobile data. To avoid charges on your primary SIM, check its roaming settings and automatic mobile data switching.
How do I buy an eSIM with Ease?
Open the Mini App in Telegram, choose a destination and browse plans. The catalogue is currently available to explore while we prepare to launch payments. Once purchases open, you’ll see the final price and terms before paying.
What if my eSIM won’t connect?
